Founder Tony Ramia is a first generation immigrant, who left his war stricken homeland to start a new life in the United States. Supporting his wife and 3 children, Tony spent nineteen years climbing the corporate ladder of various companies in the document services industry before launching Sequential.
Starting out as a mere courier in 1976, Tony achieved a position in senior management through his belief that success, in this industry, revolves around a strong dedication to customer service. After nearly two decades Tony launched Sequential Inc.

Romeo graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992 and was a founding member of the company. In his 13 years with the company he has had a variety of management roles in production, customer service, accounting and administration. Currently he manages the operations of both Sequential locations. He is a proven expert in the litigation support and document management industry. He has a broad range of expertise in many document management platforms and continuously researches and trains on new technologies.

David is the newest addition to the team joining us from LexisNexis where he was a Discovery Service Center agent. David joined LexisNexis through the 2007 Image Capture Engineering acquisition where he was one of the first Law 5.0 PreDiscovery certified administrators. David has supported numerous law firm and service bureau professionals providing innovative solutions. He has a strong technical background in both hardware and software. Additionally David brings the better part of 10 years of IT experience having played various support roles with Cox Communications, Applied Systems, Intuit, Mattel Interactive.

Carlos joined Sequential in 1998 as a Copy Operator from Allen Photo Service as their Assistant Manager of 5 years. Within 1 year he was promoted to 1st Shift Supervisor, In June of 2004 he was promoted to Customer Service Manager for the D.C. office. As Sequential grew Carlos took the role even further and offered his services to cover not only the D.C. office but Tyson's Corner as well

John began in the Litigation industry with Pitney-Bowes in 1989 as an Operator. In 1990 he was the 2nd shift supervisor at Merrill Corporation where he met Sequential's CEO Tony Ramia. John joined Tony at OnSite as a 2nd Shift Manager and remained there until 1999. In the summer of 1999 John came home to Sequential to the DC office as the Production Manager. As Sequential grew, the company requested John's expertise to spearhead the opening of Sequential's Tyson's Corner facility as its Production Manager.

Valerie joined Sequential in 1996 as a Shift Supervisor. Valerie came from Bal Mar Printing and Graphics as their Production Manager working with Tony Ramia, As Sequential grew Valerie's talent's were needed to oversee the entire production floor and was promoted to Production Manager in our D.C. office.
